OpenEye has added a Test button to AI Visual Check, and it’s made our job a lot easier: instead of just describing what the feature does, we can now show Standard and Plus OWS customers exactly how it performs on their own cameras. No commitment required — we simply point it at a live camera view and run it right there.
Why It Matters
A test button lowers the barrier to actually trying a new feature. Rather than taking our word for how AI Visual Check will behave, we can walk you through a real question on a real camera — is the loading dock clear, is the door propped open — and show you the result immediately. That kind of hands-on demonstration builds confidence before a business commits to rolling a check out permanently across multiple locations, and it helps us fine-tune what a check should actually be looking for before it goes live.

If you’re on a Standard or Plus OWS account and curious about AI Visual Check but not ready to commit to the add-on, this is the easiest way to see it firsthand. It’s also useful for customers already running AI Visual Check who want us to validate a new condition on a specific camera before deploying it more broadly.
